Due to FDA Regulations any and all food items can not be refunded. However, we here at King of Sweets Online will work with you to make sure you are a happy customer. So please read the information below to help identify how problems that may arise are handled.
Incorrect Item – If King of Sweets Online ships you the wrong items we will send you the correct item. Please call us or drop us an email letting us know what we need to correct.
Melted candy – King of Sweets Online is not responsible for melted candy. We offer expedited shipping as well as optional ice packs and insulation materials for shipping to help keep your candy from melting.
Damaged Items – We offer a selection of different shipping methods. Each company has their own requirements for processing claims of damaged goods. Any item damaged in shipment must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of item. Please contact us so we may get the issue resolved quickly.
Seasonal Items – All items that are seasonal are non refundable.
Special Orders – All items that are special ordered carry a 20% restocking fee.
Returnable Items – All items that can be returned may carry a restocking fee of up to 20% .
Expired products – Certain products may be discounted and sold as near end of shelf life or passed shelf life expectancy. Those products are non refundable. Please read the product description as it will be clearly marked as to if the product is on sale because of its expiration date. If you do receive a product that is passed its expiration date (and it was not listed as such), please contact us and we will correct the issue as fast as possible.
Refused Packages – Any shipped packages refused by recipient will be billed against original invoice for any additional shipping charges that have accrued. No refunds will be offered for refused packages.
